Light rain flushed when thousands of Muslims praying Friday Prayer in the grounds and surrounding Monas, Friday (02/12/2016) afternoon.
However, none of the participants of the Friday Prayer is removed from its place to escape the rain.
Vice President Jusuf Kalla and Joko Widodo who participated perform Friday prayers in the field Monas, praised the attitude and spirit of the participants who perform prayers remain firm until the end.

Hujan gerimis mengguyur saat ribuan umat muslim menunaikan ibadah Salat Jumat di lapangan Monas dan sekitarnya, Jumat (2/12/2016) siang.
Namun, tak satu pun peserta Salat Jumat yang bergeser dari tempatnya untuk menghindari hujan.
Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla bersama Joko Widodo yang ikut menunaikan Salat Jumat di lapangan Monas, memuji sikap dan semangat para peserta yang tetap teguh menunaikan salatnya sampai selesai.
"Saya menghargai semangatnya. Hujan deras tidak ada yang goyang, tidak ada yang pulang, tidak ada yang lari berteduh, tidak ada. Semua tetap semangat, luar biasa semangat itu," ujar Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla kepada wartawan di kantor Wakil Presiden, Jakarta Pusat.
Ibadah Salat Jumat itu dilakukan dalam rangka Aksi Bela Islam Jilid III yang menuntut Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok segera ditahan. Aksi yang dipusatkan di lapangan Monas itu diikuti ribuan orang dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia.
Aksi hari ini berakhir dengan damai tanpa ada gesekan antara peserta aksi dengan petugas kemanan, seperti yang terjadi pada Aksi Bela Islam Jilid II pada 4 November lalu. Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla pun mengapresiasi hal tersebut
