a limited revision of the Law on State Civil Apparatus

The legislature is the House targeting the limited revision of the Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) can be completed and approved before the Session Period II Session Year 2016-2017 ended in December.

Appointment of civil servants do dg consider the future of work, salary, and benefits which have been obtained dg provided that the quality of life and welfare of employees must not be reduced and worse than ever before;

Appointment of civil servants do scr gradually and should be completed at the latest SDH 3 yrs since dindangkannya this Act.
Regulation of derivatives of this Act made no later than 6 months after enactment. ASN next revision of the Act contains the settings for all employees without discrimination ASN must obtain 5 Assurance program.
