This time, BCA held a prima service training for management Puncak Desa Wisata Tinggan, Plaga, Badung, Bali. The training activities centered at Haris Hotel & Convention Centre, Bali and was officially opened by the General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility BCA Inge Setiawati.
As known, the Tourism Village Puncak Tinggan, Plaga in Bali offers an alternative tourism activities such as learning about nature, the environment, agriculture, farming, entrepreneurship, a variety of traditional art and culture of rural communities with a typical rural atmosphere. With attractions trekking amidst coffee plantations and ecotourism village. In addition, it is also supported by the presence of Niagara Nungnung and natural charm is still beautiful.
Therefore, the Bank held a prima service training at the Tourism Village Puncak Tinggan Plaga in order to improve service quality nature, culture, and environmentally sound farming so as to provide optimal service to the domestic and foreign tourists.
The training was held for two days with the filler material from the BCA Learning Service. Discussion include the introduction of the tourism industry in general, supporting components of tourism success, teamwork, communication training, and a touch of excellent service to travelers. With this training is expected to produce skilled manpower in the field of tourist guides, guides outbound, homestay caretaker, the guides about travel market and attraction management, so as to provide quality tourism services.
BCA prima service training is also in line with a special vision Badung Government is to realize quality and sustainable tourism. Sources of revenue (PAD) Badung has been largely derived from the tourism sector, in particular tax levy Hotels and Restaurants (PHR). Pelatihan layanan prima diselenggarakan BCA dalam fungsi tanggung jawab sosial untuk turut serta mengembangkan bisnis di lingkungan komunitas maupun desa wisata yang berkontribusi memakmurkan masyarakat daerah. Dorongan adanya pelatihan tersebut didasarkan pada salah satu faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan pengembangan industri pariwisata, yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM).

"Pelatihan layanan prima merupakan bagian dari program Solusi Bisnis Unggul yang berada di bawah naungan program Bakti BCA. Pelatihan tersebut merupakan tanggung jawab BCA sebagai salah satu institusi keuangan yang tumbuh dan berkembang seiring dengan pembangunan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pemerataan ekonomi," tutur Inge.
Kali ini, BCA menggelar pelatihan layanan prima bagi pengurus Desa Wisata Puncak Tinggan, Plaga, Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Kegiatan pelatihan dipusatkan di Hotel Haris & Convention Centre, Bali dan dibuka secara resmi oleh General Manager Corporate Social Responsibility BCA Inge Setiawati.
Sebagaimana diketahui, Desa Wisata Puncak Tinggan, Plaga di Bali menawarkan kegiatan wisata alternatif berupa pembelajaran tentang alam, lingkungan hidup, pertanian, perkebunan, wirausaha, aneka seni tradisional, dan budaya masyarakat desa dengan suasana khas pedesaan. Dengan atraksi trekking di tengah-tengah kebun kopi serta ekowisata desanya. Di samping itu, juga didukung dengan keberadaan Air Terjun Nungnung serta pesona alamnya yang masih asri.
Karenanya, BCA menggelar pelatihan layanan prima di Desa Wisata Puncak Tinggan Plaga agar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan wisata alam, budaya, dan pertanian yang berwawasan lingkungan sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan optimal kepada para wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara.
Pelatihan digelar selama dua hari dengan pengisi materi dari BCA Learning Service. Pembahasannya antara lain pengenalan industri pariwisata secara umum, komponen pendukung kesuksesan pariwisata, kerjasama tim, pelatihan komunikasi, dan sentuhan layanan prima kepada wisatawan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan tenaga terampil di bidang pemandu wisata, pemandu outbond, pengurus homestay, para pramuwisata tentang pasar wisata dan pengelolaan objek wisata, sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan wisata yang berkualitas.
Pelatihan layanan prima BCA ini juga sejalan dengan visi khusus Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung, yakni mewujudkan pariwisata yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan. Sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Badung selama ini sebagian besar berasal dari sektor pariwisata, khususnya retribusi Pajak Hotel dan Restoran (PHR). Setiap tahunnya PAD Pemda Badung mengalami kenaikan yakni tahun 2013 mencapai Rp 2 triliun dan tahun 2014 naik menjadi Rp2,47 triliun. Karenanya, sektor pariwisata menjadi salah satu dari lima program prioritas Pemkab Badung yang tertuang dalam RPJMD Semesta Berencana Kabupaten Badung tahun 2016-2021.
Ini bukan kali pertama BCA memberikan pelatihan layanan prima kepada para pengurus desa wisata di sektor pariwisata daerah. Sebelumnya, BCA telah ikut serta mengembangkan Desa Wisata Taman Sari di Banyuwangi, Desa Wisata Wayang Wukirsari di Yogyakarta dan Desa Wisata Batu Lonceng di Lembang, Desa Wisata Pentingsari di Yogyakarta, Wirawisata Goa Pindul di Yogyakarta, dan Kampung Batik Wiradesa di Pekalongan.
